| 目的：探讨诊断、治疗带状疱疹病程早期的有效方法。方法：将101名患者随机分为高频超声诊断并针灸组（试验组），传统经验诊断并针灸组（对照组），进行治疗结果对比。结果：试验组总有效率达90.6%，对照组总有效率68.8%，P <0.05，试验组优于对照组，诊断正确率明显提高。结论：高频超声诊断结合针灸治疗带状疱疹病程早期，临床疗效和预后效果肯定。 |

| Objective:To search effective diagnosis and therapy for herpes zoster at the early stage. Methods:101 cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into the experiment group diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasonography and treated with acupuncture- moxibustion,and the control group diagnosed by experience and treated with acupuncture-moxibustion.Two therapeutic effects were compared. Results:In the experiment group the effective rate was 90.6%, which was better than 68.8% in the control group(P <0.05),with the correctness in diagnosis increased.Conclusion:High-frequency ultrasonography in diagnosis and acupuncture-moxibustion has definite clinical effect on herpes zoster at the early stage. |
