| 目的：观察厄贝沙坦联合螺内脂对慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：70例中、重度慢性充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为常规治疗组（对照组）和厄贝沙坦联合螺内脂治疗组（治疗组），取不同时间点（治疗前及治疗后第4、8、12周），观察脑钠肽(NBP)、左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室内径（LVDd）等指标。结果：与治疗前相比，2组在治疗后第8、12周时，NBP、LVDd均下降，LVEF上升，相比较具有统计学意义（P <0.05）；与对照组比较，治疗组在治疗12周时，NBP、LVDd明显下降，LVEF上升幅度更大，相比较具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：厄贝沙坦联合螺内脂治疗能明显改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的心功能。 |

| Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of combination irbesartan and spironolactone in patients with moderate or severe chronic congestive heart failure(CHF). Methods:70 patients accompanied by moderate or severe chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into routine treatment group(control group) and treatment group(observation group), in the different time,the BNP of plasma 、LVEF and LVDd were determined.Results:BNP and LVDd were decreased and LVEF was increased both two groups in times of T8 and T12,there were significant differences in these indexes before and after treatment（P <0.05）;comparised control group with observation group , BNP and LVDd were decreased and LVEF was increased in T12 , there were significant differences（P < 0.05）.Conclusion:combination irbesartan and spironolactone can greatly improve the heart function of patients with moderate or severe chronic congestive heart failure. |
