| 目的：观察复方半枝莲胶囊抗肿瘤的作用。方法：采用MTT法观察其对人肝癌细胞、人胃癌细胞的体外抑瘤作用，并观察其对S180及HEPS实体瘤的抑制作用。结果：复方半枝莲胶囊对两种人癌细胞降解MTT半数抑瘤浓度（IC50）分别为1.05mg/mL、1.08mg/mL；体内对S180及HEPS实体瘤有明显的抑制作用，最大抑制率分别为65.31%、49.80%。结论：复方半枝莲胶囊具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。 |

| Objective：To study the anti-tumor effects of Compound Banzhilian Capsule. Methods：MTT staining to observe Compound Banzhilian Capsule against SMMC-7721 and SGC-7901 cells in vitro. And to observe the inhibitory action against S180 and HEPS tumor in body of Compound Banzhilian Capsule. Results：Determined by MTT staining, the IC50 of Compound Banzhilian Capsule against SMMC-7721, SGC-7901 cells were 1.05, 1.08mg/mL. Determined by inbody anti-tumor experiments, the highest inhibition rate of Compound Banzhilian Capsule against S180, HEPS were 65.31% and 49.80%. Conclusion：Compound Banzhilian Capsule had certainly anti-tumor actions. |
