| 目的：探讨固肠止泻丸联合思密达对腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS）的治疗价值。方法：将68例腹泻型IBS患者随机分为3组：A组25例，为固肠止泻丸联合思密达治疗组；B组22例，为固肠止泻丸治疗组；C组21例，为思密达治疗组。观察患者治疗前后症状好转情况。结果：A组总有效率为84%，较B、C 2组差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：固肠止泻丸和思密达联合治疗腹泻型IBS优于固肠止泻丸及思密达单一用药。 |

| Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of combining Guchangzhixie Wan with Smecta in treating irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) of diarrheal type.Methods:68 patients were randomly divided into three groups: group A,treated with Guchangzhixie Wan and Smecta,n=25; group B,treated with Guchangzhixie Wan,n=22;group C,treated with Smecta,n=21.After two months,the general status were observed and recorded. Results:The general effective rate of group A was 84%.It was significantly better than that in group B and group C(P <0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of combining Guchangzhixie Wan with Smecta in treatment of IBS of diarrheal type is superior to Guchangzhixie Wan and Smecta alone. |
