| 目的：探讨中西医、物理结合方法诊断及治疗胃石症的效果。方法：不同物理方法对15例胃石症诊断对比，依临床特点进行中西医、物理方法治疗。结果：诊断阳性率：B超93.3%(14/15)，X线66.7%(10/15)，胃镜对胃肠症状较重者不能常规应用。治愈率86.7%(13/15)。结论：超声对比剂胃充盈显像是诊断胃石的首选方法，并可指导、监视中西医及物理治疗方法。 |

| Objective：To discussing the effect of diagnosis and therapy of gastrolith by combining traditional Chinese with Western medicine.Methods：To contrast diagnoses of the 15 cases of gastrolith by the different physical methods, then give physical treatment according to their clinical symptoms.Results：the positive rate of diagnoses is：93.3%(14/15)of B- echocardiography，66.7%(10/15) of X- ray. That gastroscope could not routine application to those of more serious intestine symptom. The total rate of cure is 86.7%(13/15).Conclusion：it is the principal way to diagnose gastrolith that raster display of stomach filling defect by echocardiography contrast stain, and besides, it can guide and monitor the physical therapy by combining traditional Chinese with Western medicine. |
