| 目的：探讨丹参、黄芪、麦冬治疗胎儿生长受限的疗效。方法：将160例胎儿宫内生长受限孕妇随机分成2组，治疗组80例，采用中药丹参、黄芪、麦冬每日1次水煎分2次服，10d为1个疗程；对照组80例，常规5%复方氨基酸注射液500 mL、5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL、肌苷注射液0.5g、维生素C注射液2g静脉点滴，每日1次，10d为1个疗程。结果：治疗组显效率56.7%，总有效率90.0%；对照组显效率36.3%，总有效率63.7%，P <0.01和<0.05，治疗过程中未见不良反应。结论：丹参、黄芪、麦冬治疗胎儿生长受限疗效显著，优于常规对照组，安全可靠无副作用，经济方便，值得应用推广。 |

| Objective：To study the effect in treating ( FGR) pregnant women.Methods：160 Cases were divided into two groups at random，80 cases of treating group, To boil the traditional Chinese medicine Danshen、HuanQi and MaiDong one time per day， take it two times per day，ten days a period of treatment .the control group 80 cases 5%compound amino acid 500mL、5%glucose injection 250mL、inosine injection 0.5g、Vitamin C injection 2g intravenous drop ，one time per day ，ten days a period of treatment. Results：The effective rate for the treated group is 56.7%，The total effective rate is 90.0%;However the effective rate for the control group is 36.3%， the total effective rate is 63.7%，P <0.01 and 0.05，no side effect during the course of treatment.Conclusion：The method of using DanShen、HuangQI and MaiDong to treat the FGR is superior to the control group cases，producing no side effect，economical ，convenient and worth promotion. |
