目的:比较不同糖耐量人群血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。方法:92例受试者行口服75g葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT),确定糖耐量正常(NGT)30例,IGT43例,新诊断2型糖尿病19例,测定血清CRP。 结果:NGT、IGT、新诊断的2型糖尿病人群中,血清CRP水平逐渐升高,血清CRP水平与OGTT2h血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯呈正相关。结论:随着糖耐量受损的加重,血清CRP水平逐渐升高;血清CRP水平与OGTT2h血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯呈正相关。 |

Objective:To invertigate the difference of serum C-reactive protein(CRP) concentrations in subjects with various glucose tolerances. Methods:92 subjects participated in the study and according to oral 75g glucose tolerance test (OGTT),among them there were 30 subjects with normal glucose tolerance (NGT),43cases with IGT and 19 cases with type 2 diabetes (DM). The serum C-reactive protein concentration was detected. Results:In the subjects of NGT,IGT and type 2 diabetes,the serum CRP concentration is gradually increased. The serum CRP concentration was positively correlated with OGTT2h blood glucose,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG). Conclution:The cerum CRP concentration is gradually increased with the worsening of glucose tolerance. The serum CRP concentration is positively correlated with OGTT2h blood glucose,TC,TG. |
