| 目的：观察还原型谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法：把178例慢性乙型肝炎随机分为治疗组与对照组，其中治疗组与对照组各89例，2组患者均予一般护肝治疗，治疗组加用还原型谷胱甘肽，疗程6周。结果：治疗组总有效率84.27%，与对照组比较有显著差异（P <0.01），ALT、AST、T-Bil的复常率明显好转（P <0.05），显效平均时间为（7.9±3.2）d，比对照组显著缩短（P < 0.001）。结论：该药对于治疗慢性乙型肝炎效果确切，在临床上值得推广应用。 |

| Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of Reduced Glutathione on treating chronic hepatits. Methods：178 chronic hepatits are given two groups at random . Both treatment group and comparisom group are 89 patients. All patients are treated by drugs of protecting liver . The treatment group is added reduced glutathione for injection to treat . The period of treatment is 6 weeks . Results：At the end of treatment , the total effective rate of the treatment group is 84.27%, which was significantly higher than the comparisom group(P <0.01). The decrease of ALT, AST and T-Bil after treatment were more significant than that in the comparisom group(P <0.05).The time of marked effective was （7.9±3.2）day , which was significantly shorter than that in the comparisom group(P <0.001). Conclusions：The effect of treating chronic hepatits by using reduced glutathione is very good . It is convenient and recommendable to use reduced glutathione . |
