| 目的：调查广州地区变应性鼻炎患者常见变应原的分布情况, 为防治方案提供科学依据。方法：对怀疑为变应性鼻炎的患者进行19种吸入性变应原及4种食物变应原皮内试验。结果：400例符合条件的变应性鼻炎患者的变应原测试以屋尘（82%）最高，其次为尘螨（77%）、混合变应原、多价昆虫、海鱼、海虾、花粉等。结论：广州地区变应性鼻炎患者的常见变应原为屋尘、尘螨，食物中海产品所引起的过敏也不容忽视，临床上应重视环境及饮食习惯对其防治的重要意义。 |

| Objective：To study the prevalence allergen among patients of allergic rhinitis , providing science for the prevention and cure allergic rhinitis . Methods : By the intracutancous test with the allergic rhinitis patients that doubted. Result : In the 400 pass muster examples, the positive rates of house dust is highest (80%),then is D.farinae(77%),polyvalent insects,sea fish,sea shrimp, pollen,etc.. Conclusion : In Guangzhou area the prevalence allergen are house and D.farinae,and it's the important meaning of the prevention and cure allergic rhinitis to attent the environment the prevention . |
