| 目的：探讨宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）及宫颈癌中的Survivin、Ki67表达及其意义。方法：应用免疫组化S-P法，检测64例宫颈癌、18例CIN、10例正常宫颈组织中Survivin、Ki67表达水平，并加以分析。结果：（1）Survivin、Ki67在CIN中即有表达，宫颈癌中Survivin、Ki67表达显著高于CIN、正常宫颈组织（P <0.05），其阳性率分别为75.0%、90.6%。（2）宫颈癌中Survivin表达与临床分期和淋巴结转移有关，但与年龄、宫颈癌组织细胞类型及分化程度无明显相关关系；Ki67表达只与临床分期有关，与年龄、组织学细胞类型、淋巴结转移及分化程度无明显相关关系。（3）宫颈癌组织中Survivin表达与Ki67表达相关。结论：Survivin、Ki67异常表达参与了宫颈癌的发生发展与凋亡抑制和增殖能力增强有关。 |

| Objective：To investigate the expression of regulators Survivin and Ki67 in cervical carcinomas 、cervical intraepithelial neoplasis (CIN) and their relationship with clinicopatholgical fectures. Methods：Immunohistoche mical technique was used to detect the expression of regulators Suvivin and Ki67 in 64case of cervical carcinomas,18 CIN and 10 nomal cervical tissures . Results：（1） Expression of Survivin and Ki67 were observed in CIN. There is higher levels in cervical carcinoma than in CIN、normal cervical tissues (P<0.05).(2)There is no relationship between Survivin gene expression and age、 histological subtype and the tumor grade, otherwise, there is relationship between Survivin gene expression and clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. There is relationship between Ki67 expression and clinical stage , no relationship between Ki67 expression and age、histological subtype 、lymph node metastases or tumor grade.(3)The expression of Suvivin gene is correlated with Ki67 expression. Conclusion：There is a positive correlation between both abnormal expression of Survivin and Ki67 with cervical carcinoma. The occurrence of cervical carcinoma may be related with the cell apoptosis and poliferation. |
