| 目的：评价紫杉醇单周给药联合顺铂化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和不良反应。方法：30例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用紫杉醇75 mg/m2，d1、d8、d15，使用顺铂20 mg/m2，d2~d6。3周为1个周期,均治疗2个周期。结果：30例晚期非小细胞肺癌中,部分缓解13例，稳定10例，进展7例,总有效率43.3 %。主要毒副反应为恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制、 肌肉及关节疼痛、周围神经炎、肝肾功能轻度损害。结论：紫杉醇单周给药联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌具有较好的疗效,毒副作用可以耐受。 |

| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of combination chemotherapy of paclitaxel weekly and cisplatin in the treatment of 30 cases with non small cell lung cancer.Methods :A total of 30 patients with NSCLC were treated with paclitaxel 75 mg/m2,d1、d8、d15 and cisplatin 20 mg/m2 ，d2~d6 for 2 cycles every 3 weeks,their clinical response and toxicity were assessed after 2 cycles of chemotherapy.Results: The partial response was 13 cases , 10 cases was no change , 7 cases was progressive diaease, the overall response rate was 43.3 %.The major side effects include nausea/vomiting, myelosuppression ,muscle pain and phlebitis.Conclusions: The combination chemotherapy of paclitaxel weekly and cisplatin is effective for treatment of non small cell lung cancer patients and its side effects could be tolerated. |
