| 目的：观察黄芪注射液对有机磷杀虫剂急性中毒所致的迟发性神经病的治疗作用。方法：采用Doll法随机分为2组，对照组采用常规方法治疗（维生素B12、维生素B6、维生素B1、三磷酸腺苷、复方丹参片，对症、支持等）。治疗组则在常规方法基础上加用黄芪注射液。观察其迟发性神经病患者肌力恢复的情况，并采用肌电图测试正中神经和腓总神经的传导速度。结果：治疗组肌力及神经传导速度恢复情况明显优于对照组，其差异有高度显著性（P ＜0.01）。结论:黄芪注射液对有机磷杀虫剂急性中毒所致的迟发性神经病有较好治疗作用。 |

| Objective: To observe the effect of Huangqi injection on treating the patients suffered with delayed neurotoxicity caused by organophosphorous insecticides poisoning. Methods: Two groups were randomly divided by Doll method. Conventional treatment were adopted in control group treated by(Inj VitB12 ,Tab VitB1 ,Tab VitB, Tab ATP ,three times a day by oral, support treatment etc). Hungqi injection was adopted besides the conventional therapy in treatment group ,Observe the muscle power of the patients with the delayed nenurotoxicity. The conductive speeds of median nerve and common peroneal nerve were measured by electromyogram. Results: The muscle power and recovery of nerve conductive speed in treatment group were much better than those in control group. There is obviously significance between two groups (P <0.01). Conclusions: Huangqi injection can effectively treat the patients with delayed neurotoxicity caused by organophosphorous insecticides poisoning. |
