| 目的：探讨皮肤剥脱剂加入中药治疗面部色素痣和雀斑的临床效果。方法：联合中药皮肤剥脱剂治疗皮肤色素痣及雀斑221例，并分析其临床效果。结果：共治疗色素痣176例，其中痊愈率86.93％，显效6.82％，有效5.11％，无效1.04％；雀斑45例，痊愈84.44%，显效8.89％，有效6.67％。所有病例经3~12个月随访，未出现毒副作用。结论：在化学皮肤剥脱剂中加入中药制剂可以减少化学剥脱剂的用量与浓度，减少术后局部的炎症反应，促进皮肤愈合。 |

| Objective：To observe the clinic effect of treating pigment nevus and freckle with combined skin peel solution. Methods ：221 cases of facial skin pigment nevus and freckle were treated with chemical solution combining chemical drug and traditional medicine, and then the clinic effect were observed. Result :By 3~12 month followed-up, All of 221 cases were reserved good result and no side-effect were observed. In 176 cases of pigment nevus, the rate of healing result was 86.93%, good 6.82%, general 5.11% and no-effect 1.04%; 45 cases of freckle, healing rate was 84.44%, good 8.89%, general 6.67%. Conclusion： By combined with traditional medicine, the concentration and dosage of chemical peeling solution can be reduced for a good result, the combined peeling solution is a safer and effective remedy for treat facial skin lesion with lesser local inflammatory reaction and quick repaired skin. |
