| 目的：观察肺叶切除术后病人静脉留置自控泵对减少肺部并发症的疗效。方法：观察组术后留置自控泵镇痛，药液组成：生理盐水（NS）134mL+芬太尼0.7mg+氟哌啶5mg，术后根据病人疼痛情况给药。对照组采用疼痛时注射哌替啶、吗啡止痛。观察咳痰效果、胸腔闭式引流管拔除时间、吸氧时间、肺不张、肺部感染发生率。结果：观察组较对照组肺部并发症明显减少。结论：静脉留置自控镇痛泵镇痛效果满意，病人自信心增强，能自主咳嗽、有效排痰，减少了术后肺不张、肺部感染的发生。 |

| Objective：To observe the curative efficacy of vein-indwelling pressure infusion pump to reducing pulmonary complications of lung-postoperative patients.Methods：The study group’s patients were installed vein-indwelling pressure infusion pump.Drugs included 0.9% sodium chloride injection NS 134mL,tentanyl citrate 0.7mg and droperidol injection 50mg. Operation later, according to pain degree of patients, we used this pump.When the control group’s patients had pain, they were injected with morphine hychloride, pethidine hydrochloride to ease pain.Then we observed respectively their efficacy of coughing up sputum,drawing time of closed thoracic drainage canal and the occurrence rates of ateleclasis and lung infection.Results：The study group patients’complications were more fewer than the control group patients’.Conclusion： Analgesic efficacy of vein-indwelling pressure infusion pump was nice. It could boost up the patients’ confidence and reduce the occurrence rates of lung-postoperative complications. |
