| 目的：比较头针与泰必利治疗抽动秽语综合征的疗效。方法：采用自身对照法，对服用泰必利无效的患者采用头针治疗，以美国耶鲁ＹＧＴＳＳ综合量表评估该症患者的症状变化。结果：40例患者的运动抽动、发声抽动及综合损伤得分，分别由治疗前的（15.30±5.86）、（9.07±5.31）、（25.13±9.30），减少为（6.82 ±1.54）、（3.77±1.51）、（13.08±4.91），均P ＜0.01。结论：头针能有效控制抽动秽语综合征运动的发声和综合损伤效应，并且无明显副作用。 |

| Objective:Comparation the curative effect of scalp acupuncture and tiapride on Tourette syndrome.Mathods:Upon self-comparison,when the therapy of Tiapride was of no effect,evaluation the suffers' symptom with the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale after therapy of scalp acupuncture.Rusult :The 40 suffers ' grade of motor tics 、vocal tics and integrate trauma respective descended from （15.30±5.86）、（9.07±5.31）、（25.13±9.30） before therapy,to（6.82±1.54）、（3.77±1.51）、（13.08±4.91） after therapy.（P ＜0.01） Conclusion:The scalp acupuncture can effective control the motor tics、vocal tics and integrate trauma of Tourette syndrome without any by-effect. |
