| 目的：观察中医综合疗法治疗类风湿关节炎（RA） 的疗效。方法：采用加减桂枝芍药知母汤合针灸治疗组治疗RA59例，并与芬必得对照组的60例作疗效对比观察。结果：治疗组总有效率91.7%，对照组总有效率63.2% ，2组疗效比较有显著性差异（P <0.01）。结论：加减桂枝芍药知母汤合针灸治疗RA具有减轻炎症刺激、缓解临床症状、控制病情发展之功效。 |

| Objective: To observation on therapeutic effect of 59 cases of reumatoid arthritis （RA） treated with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and acupuncture.. Methods: 59 cases in the treatment group treated with Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and acupuncture and 60 cases in the control group treated with Fenbid, Comparing the effect in 2 groups. Results: The total effective rate was 91.7% and 63.2% in the treatment group and the control group, respectively. It was significantly changed ( P <0.01 ). Conclusion: Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction and acupuncture have deginite therapeutic effect on controlling main symptoms of RA. |
