目的：建立测定儿童Ⅱ号中的龙胆苦甙含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，以Diamonsil^TM–C₁₈（ 4.6×200mm，5μｍ）为色谱柱，以乙腈∶水（12∶88）流动相?熏流速：1.0mL/min，检测波长270nm，外标法定量。结果：此法线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为98.94％，RSD为2.95%；重复性RSD为1.49%。结论：本方法精密度高，分离度良好，可为测定儿童Ⅱ号中龙胆苦甙的含量提供可靠的分析方法。

英文摘要:

Objective:To establish a method for determination of content of gentiopicroside in er tongⅡ.Methods:HPLC was adopted，Diamonsil^TM-C₁₈（200mm×4.6mm) was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（12:88）,The wavelength was at 270nm. The quantitative determination of gentiopicroside was performed with external standard method. Results:the method has a good linear ; The average recovery rate for gentiopicroside was 98.94% and RSD was 2.95%. The RSD of the reproducibility was1.49%.Conclusions: The precision was high; The separation method is accurate, reproducible and highly selective. The method used for the determination of gentiopicroside in er tongⅡ is quite better.
