      目的:观察可溶性白细胞分化抗原14(sCD14)和可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体-p55(sTNFR-P55)对严重烫伤小鼠胰岛素抵抗、胰岛素分泌以及糖代谢障碍的治疗效果。方法:单项和联合静脉注射sCD14和sTNFR-P55给严重烫伤小鼠,观察不同治疗组及其对照组的死亡率、稳态模式胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和胰岛素分泌指数(HOMA-β)以及空腹血糖和乳酸含量变化。结果:烫伤小鼠各治疗组HOMA-IR指数、空腹血糖和乳酸含量明显低于对照组,且联合治疗组低于单项治疗组。烫伤小鼠各治疗组HOMA-β指数明显高于对照组(P <0.01),且联合治疗组高于单项治疗组(P <0.01)。sCD14和sTNFR -P55联合治疗组烫伤小鼠死亡率明显低于治疗对照组(P <0.05),但其它治疗组与治疗对照组无显著差异(P >0.05)。结论:静脉注射sCD14和sTNFR-P55能够有效改善严重烫伤小鼠胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素相对血糖分泌功能下降以及糖代谢障碍,且联合治疗效果优于单项治疗。

      Objective: In order to observe the therapic effect on the insulin resisitance and hyposecretion of the scalded mice by treated with sCD14 and sTNFR-P55. Methods: The levels of dead rates,HOMA-IR,HOMA-β,Fasting glucose,Fasting lactic acid of the scalded mice treated individually by infusion with sCD14, sTNFR-P55, and both the sCD14 and sTNFR-P55 , were examined compared with that of the control mice. Results:The levels of the HOMA-IR, Fasting glucose,Fasting lactic acid of the treated scalded mice were all lower than that of the control scalded mice, and the levels of the HOMA-βof the treated scalded mice were higher than that of the control scalded mice(P <0.01). It was also found that the levels of HOMA-IR, Fasting glucose,Fasting lactic acid of the treated scalded mice with both sCD14 and sTNFR-P55, were lower than that of the treated with the single sCD14 or sTNFR-P55 . The dead rate of the scalded mice treated with both the sCD14 and sTNFR-P55 was lower than that of the control scalded mice(P <0.05).Conclusion: The treatments with sCD14 and sTNFR-P55 could contribute to ameliorate the insulin resistance and the insulin hyposecretion in the burned or scalded states, the therapic effect of the treatments with both the sCD14 and sTNFR-P55 was better than that of treatments with single one.
