| 目的：探讨补阳还五汤对脑缺血再灌注损伤后炎性细胞因子IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α蛋白表达的影响。方法：采用Kirino蒙古沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭脑缺血模型，缺血15min后进行再灌注;于再灌注48h后，测定血清IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的含量。 结果：补阳还五汤组的IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α均含量明显低于模型组（P<0.01）和标准对照组 （P<0.01），但补阳还五汤组和标准对照组均显著高于假手术组（P<0.01）。结论：补阳还五汤可拮抗脑缺血再灌注损伤后的炎性细胞因子，因而减轻脑缺血再灌注引起的损伤。 |

| Objective:To investigate the effects of Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction （BYHWD） on inflammatory cellular factors. Methods: Cerebral ischemic reperfusion model in gerbils was used. Bilateral carotid arteries were ligated for 15 minutes, then reperfused for 48 hours. The contents of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-αin blood serums were detected and compared in different groups. Result: In comparison with ischemia-reperfusion （IR） and standardized-comparison（SC） group, IL-1β、IL-6 and TNF-α were significantly decreased in BYHWD group（all P<0.01）.Compared with sham-operation（SO） group, IL-1β、IL-6 and TNF-αin BYHWD and SC group were significantly increased （P<0.01）.Conclusion：BYHWD has a protective effect on nervous injury in cerebral ischemia and reperfusion by reduction of inflammatory cellular factors. |
