| 目的： 观察葛根素复合星状神经节阻滞治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。 方法： 突发性耳聋患者75例，随机分为3组：葛根素组（A组）采用葛根素治疗，每次200~400mg静脉滴注，每日1次，10次为1个疗程；星状神经节阻滞组
（B组）以1%利多卡因10mL加维生素B12 500μg，行星状神经节阻滞（双侧者交替阻滞），1次/d，连续10d为1个疗程；C组使用A组和B组2种方法联合治疗。每组各25例，观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果：3组病例治疗后耳聋症状均有改善，A组有效率为64%，B组有效率为80%，C组有效率为92%；与A组、B组相比较，C组痊愈率和有效率显著提高(P <0.05或P<0.01)。结论：葛根素复合星状神经节阻滞治疗突发性耳聋的疗效令人满意，值得推广应用。 |

| Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of combination of Puerarin and Stellate Ganglion Block on Sudden Deafness. Methods: 75 cases were randomly divided into three groups, there were 25 cases in every groups respectively. In group A, Puerarin was used and group B was treated with Stellate Ganglion Block(SGB). In group C, both Puerarin and SGB were used. The therapeutic efficacy and side effects were recorded. Results: The effective rate of group A was 64%, group B was 80% and group C was 92%. Group C was more effective than the group A and group B in increasing the total effective rate of sudden deafness (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Combination of Puerarin and SGB was an effective way for the therapy of patients with sudden deafness. It can increase the total effective rate of sudden deafness. |
