| 目的：研究肝癌患者的癌因性疲乏与生存质量的相互关系。方法：对50例肝癌患者进行癌症疲乏量表与世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表调查，以分析两者的相互关系。结果：肝癌患者对自身生存质量及自身健康状况的评价不满意者占半数以上，癌因性疲乏与生存质量呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论：肝癌癌因性疲乏与生存质量两者相互影响，如何使肝癌患者的疲乏与生存质量都得到改善，是我们进一步研究的目标。 |

| Objective：To analyse the correlation between cancer related fatigue and quality of life (QOL) in liver cancer patients. Methods: The cancer fatigue scale and WHOQOL-BREF were used to investigate the relations between fatigue and quality of life in 50 liver cancer patients. Results: Half of all liver cancer patients were dissatisfied with their QOL and health. There was negative correlation between fatigue and QOL (P<0.05). Conclusion: Cancer fatigue and QOL affect each other, how to improve cancer fatigue and QOL is our next goal. |
