| 目的：使用宁红瘦身含片（NHSTs）对大鼠进行传统致畸实验。方法：设立NHSTs大剂量30g/kg、NHSTs小剂量1g/kg 2个剂量组、VitA为阳性对照组，生理盐水为阴性对照组。实验各组大鼠等容积灌胃给药。结果：NHSTs大、小剂量组对胎鼠无致畸作用，胎鼠内脏及骨骼未发现异常，身长、体重、尾长和胎盘重量与生理盐水对照组相比无差别，但大剂量组对母鼠体重增长有抑制作用，提示大剂量组对孕鼠有一定毒性；而VitA 给予大鼠则出现明显的致畸效应，畸胎发生率33.33%，异常妊娠比率为55.77%。结论：宁红瘦身含片对大鼠无致畸作用。 |

| Objective：To observe whether Ninghong Slimining Tablets( NHSTs) have some teratogenic actions to pregnant rats with traditional teratogen experiment. Methods：Set up four dose groups such as NHSTs big dose group( 30g/kg) 、small dose group( 1g/kg)、VitA positive group and NS negative group, and IG rats with the same volume. Results：Big and small dose groups of NHSTs have no teratogenic actions to foetus rats.Foetus rats' viscera、skeletal have no changes, Its height、weight of body，Iength of tail and weight of placenta have no disparity compaired with NS contral group.But the big dose of NHSTs has inhibition to the weight of pregnant rats.VitA group has distinctively teratogenic action to pregnant rats.Ratio of teratogeniesis is 33.33% and ratio of abnormal pregnant is 55.77%. Conclusion：NHSTs have no teratogenic action to preganant rats. |
