| 目的：探讨针药结合对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎TNF-α、ＩＣＡＭ-1mRNA表达的影响。方法：采用免疫学方法制备大鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型，观察针药结合?眼电针足三里和上巨虚＋西药柳氮磺胺吡啶（ＳＡＳＰ）灌胃?演、电针足三里和上巨虚及西药ＳＡＳＰ灌胃治疗对ＵＣ大鼠脾脏和结肠粘膜TNF-α、ICAM-1 ｍＲＮＡ表达的影响。结果：模型组大鼠脾脏和结肠粘膜ＴＮＦ-α、ICAM-1mRNA表达显著高于正常对照组；而针药结合组、电针组、西药组均有不同程度的降低，且以针药结合组最为显著。结论：针药结合可能通过调整ＵＣ大鼠ＴＮＦ-α、ＩＣＡＭ-1的基因表达，纠正其异常的免疫功能而达到治疗目的。 |

| Objective:To study on the expressions of TNF－α、ICAM-1mRNA on UC rats treated by acupuncture combine with medicine. Methods: Using immunological method to provide UC rat models. Observing the expressions of spleen and colonic mucous membrane's TNF-α、ICAM-1mRNA on UC rats respectively treated by acupuncture combine with medicine,electroacupuncture Zusanli(ST36) and Shangjuxu (ST37), perfus-stomach medicine SASP. Result: On the model group, UC rat's expressions of spleen and colonic mucous membrane's TNF-α、ICAM-1mRNA were markedly in-creased than the normal group.There were differently decrease between acupuncture combine with medicine group,elec-troacupuncture group and medicine group. But most significantly decreased on acupuncture combine with medicine group.Conclusion: Acupuncture combine with medicine maybe adjust the expressions of TNF－α、ICAM-1mRNA on UC rats , redress abnormally immunological functions to achieve the therapeutic purpose． |
