| 目的：探讨刺五加注射液与脑复素联合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：治疗组采用刺五加注射液60mL、
脑复素20mL 分别加入生理盐水500mL、10%葡萄糖500mL 中静脉滴注，每天1 次，15d 为1 个疗程。对照组用丹参
注射液40mL、胞二磷胆碱1.0 分别加入生理盐水500mL、10%葡萄糖500mL 中静脉滴注，每天1 次，15d 为1 个疗
程。结果：治疗第3 周后，治疗组总有效率（91.6%）较对照组（63.3%）明显增高；2 组治疗后神经功能缺损积分值比较
有显著性差异，治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：刺五加注射液与脑复素联合应用是治疗脑梗死较有效的方法。 |

| Objective:To explore the clinicaly curative effects of acanthopailax senticosys injection (ASI) in combination with evedrolysin on cerebral infarction （CI）. Methods：60ml of ASI and 20ml of evedrolysin respectively added to 500ml of 0.9% normal saline and 500ml of 10% glucose were given by intravenous drip once a day for 15 days in the treatment group (n =36), with 40ml of salvia miltiorrhiza injection and 1 000mg of cytidinc diphos-phocholine respectively added to 500ml of 0.9% normal saline and 500mL of 10% glucose were given by intravenous drip once a day for 15 days in the centrol group(n =30). Result：clinical study showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group (91.6%) was higher than that of the control group(63.3%). The difference of neverous functional deficit score after treatment in two groups was，significant (P<0.05).The teatment grouop was better than the control group. Conclusion：ASI in combination with evedrolysin are a effetive method. |
