| 目的：探讨补肺消积汤对肺癌转移的疗效及其机理。方法：（1）以补肺消积汤配合化疗治疗34例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者，并与化疗组作对照，观察2组病人远处转移出现情况；（2）以补肺消积汤对615小鼠前胃癌（FC）模型进行实验，观察该方对肺转移灶数以及肺转移灶周围T4、T8淋巴细胞的影响。结果：补肺消积汤能抑制肺癌的远处转移，减少小鼠前胃癌肺转移率及促进转移灶周围T4淋巴细胞的增殖。结论：补肺消积汤具有抑制肺癌远处转移的作用，初步认为该方的作用机理与其能上调T4淋巴细胞来提高机体免疫功能相关。 |

| Objective :To explore the clinical efficacy of treating lung cancer metastasis with Bufei Xiaoji Decoction (BFXJD)and to explore its mechanism. Methods:(1) 34 patients of moderate and advanced stage no-small cell lung cancer in the test group treated by chemotherapy plus BFXJD and 35 patients in the control group treated by chemotherapy alone, observe the remote metastasis of two groups (n=69)lung cancer patients.(2)Observing the effect of BFXJD on 615 mice of FC and examing T4、T8 around the foci of cancer metastasis by immunohistochemical method. Result: BFXJD significantly reduced the incidence of the remote metastasis in patients and the metastasis foci numbers on 615 mice of FC , increased the proliferation of T4 lymphocytes around the foci of cancer metastasis. Conclusion: BFXJD had inhibitory effect on the metastasis of lung cancer cells, its anti-metastasis effect was related to the immune function such as T-lymphocyte proliferation. |
