| 目的：探索何晓晖教授治疗慢性胃炎并发胃黏膜肠上皮化生及异型增生的用药规律。方法：收集何晓晖教授治疗慢性胃炎并发胃黏膜肠上皮化生及异型增生的中药处方117张，将数据输入古今医案云平台（V2.3.9），经标准化后创建一个新医案库。结果：117张处方中，高频药物为蒲公英、黄连、海螵蛸等；高频药物类别以补虚药、活血化瘀药、清热药的使用最多；药性以寒（寒与微寒）、温（温与微温）为主，药味以苦、甘为多，药物多归脾、胃经；聚类分析显示有4个组别；复杂网络分析得到11味核心药物。结论：何教授治疗慢性胃炎并发胃黏膜肠上皮化生及异型增生以“衡”为法，从虚、毒、瘀、痰论治，通过健脾益胃、燮理纳运、清热燥湿解毒、活血化瘀消癥、化痰散结等标本兼顾，最终逆转胃黏膜上皮肠化与异型增生的病理改变，疗效肯定。 |

| Objectives：The purpose of this study is to summarize the medication regularity of treating chronic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia by Professor He Xiaohui. Methods：This research collected 117 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine that were definitely diagnosed of chronic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia and treated by He Xiaohui.The data of prescriptions were input into the ancient and Modern medical record cloud platform software (V2.3.9) to establish a new medical record database after data standardization.Results：Among 117 prescriptions, the more frequently used Chinese medicines were dandelion, coptis chinensis, Cuttlebone, etc. The top three types of high-frequency Chinese medicines were respectively tonifying herbs, heat -clearing herbs, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis herbs. The top two properties were cold (cold and slightly cold) and warm (warm and slightly warm). The top two tastes were bitterness and sweetness.The main meridian entries were spleen and stomach meridians. Four groups were summarized based on the cluster analysis and eleven core drugs were obtained by the complex network analysis. Conclusion：Professor He Xiaohui treated chronic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia by using the method of “balance” and treating deficiency syndrome,heat toxin syndrome,blood stasis syndrome and phlegm syndrome.He reversed gastric mucosa epithelial’s pathological changes of Intestinal metaplasia and hyperplasia through nourishing spleen and stomach,balancing the function between stomach governing reception and spleen governing transportation and transformation,clearing heat,drying dampness,resolving toxin,activating blood,resolving stasis,transforming phlegm and dissipating binds to achieve the goal of treating the root and tip simultancously. |
