| 哮喘是一种慢性、异质性炎性疾病,具有复杂的病理机制和多种临床表型。随着分子生物学及基因测序等现代技术的不断进步,“精准医学”、“精密医学”越来越多的被提起并用于各种疾病的探讨。支气管哮喘的治疗也逐渐实现了从局部对症治疗到细胞再到分子水平的精准靶向治疗。本综述旨在对目前支气管哮喘精准靶向治疗研究现状进行分析,探讨精准治疗在哮喘疾病中的应用及发展。 |

| Asthma is a chronic,heterogeneous inflammatory disease with complex pathological mechanisms and multiple clinical phenotypes.With the continuous progress of modern technology such as molecular biology and gene sequencing,“precision medicine” and “Precision instrument inspection” have been more and more mentioned and used in the discussion of various diseases. The treatment of bronchial asthma has also gradually achieved from local symptomatic treatment to cellular and then molecular level of precise targeted treatment.This review aims to analyze the current research status of precise targeted therapy for bronchial asthma, and explore the application and development of precision therapy in asthma disease. |
