| 目的：观察毫针刺四关穴治疗痰火内扰型小儿抽动秽语综合征(PTS)的临床疗效。方法：选取48例痰火内扰型PTS患者随机分为试验组与对照组(每组24例),对照组采用西药常规治疗,试验组在此基础上采用针刺开四关法治疗。此两组针对运动性抽动和发声性抽动分别进行评估,得出耶鲁抽动症整体严重度量表的评估得分,使之和临床疗效有进一步的比较分析。结果：试验组总有效率为95.83%,对照组58.33%,试验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组缓解发声性和运动性抽动症状的效果优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：开四关法毫针刺治疗PTS疗效确切,对发声性抽动的改善明显,操作简单,安全性高,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of opening the four gates method in the treatment of phlegm and fire internal disturbance type of pediatric tics and obscenities syndrome (PTS). METHODS: Forty-eight patients with phlegm-fire internal disturbance PTS were randomly divided into observation group and control group (24 cases in each group),and the control group was treated with western medicine routinely,while the observation group was treated with acupuncture to open the four gates method on this basis. The two groups were evaluated separately for motor tics and vocal tics,and the scores of the Yale Tic Severity Scale were obtained for further comparative analysis with the clinical efficacy. RESULTS: The total effective rate was 95.83% in the observation group and 58.33% in the control group. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the effect of the observation group in relieving vocal twitching symptoms was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The efficacy of opening the four guan method of milli-acupuncture for the treatment of PTS is exact,the improvement of vocal twitching is obvious,the operation is simple,and it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
