| 肾俞穴为足太阳膀胱经穴位，又是肾之背俞穴，是临床常用穴位，本文通过整理《针灸大成》中关于肾俞穴的条文，来探讨肾俞穴的临床应用规律。《针灸大成》肾俞穴定位记载“十四椎下两旁相去脊各一寸五分，前与脐平，正坐取之”，并对肾俞穴刺法灸法、临床运用等多方面进行了详细的介绍，为现代针灸临床肾俞穴的应用奠定了基础。 |

| Shenshu Point is the acupoint of the bladder meridian of the foot sun, and it is also the back Shu point of the kidney. It is a commonly used acupoint in clinic. This paper discusses the clinical application law of Shenshu Point by sorting out the articles on Shenshu Point in Da Cheng of acupuncture and moxibustion. The positioning of Shenshu Point in Da Cheng of acupuncture and moxibustion records that "the lower sides of the fourteen vertebrae are separated by one inch and five points, the front is flat with the navel, and the front is sitting and taking it". It also introduces in detail the acupuncture and moxibustion of Shenshu Point and its clinical application, which lays a foundation for the clinical application of modern acupuncture and moxibustion. |
