| 目的：综述中西医常用促肠道动力药物治疗慢性功能性便秘研究进展。慢性功能性便秘是典型的实用性消化系统道疾患,为目前临床中多发病及常见病,尤其是近年来随着人们由于生活习惯、膳食构成等的变化,慢性便秘已越来越普遍化并日益影响到大多数人的日常生活。现有研究表明,慢性功能性便秘患者肠道动力学均有所改变,就目前研究显示肠道动力影响因素包括肠神经递质、Cajal间质性细胞、胃肠道激素以及肠道菌群的改变,本文将中西医常用促肠道动力药物分类列举,根据现代作用机制进行综述。希望对未来临床研究治疗慢性功能性便秘提供帮助。 |

| ObjectiveTo review the research progress of commonly used pro-intestinal motility drugs in traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic functional constipation. Chronic functional constipation is a typical practical digestive tract disease, which is currently a common disease and common disease in the clinic, especially in recent years, with the changes in people"s living habits, dietary composition, etc., chronic constipation has become more and more common and increasingly affects the daily life of most people. Existing studies have shown that the intestinal dynamics of patients with chronic functional constipation have changed, and the current research shows that the influencing factors of intestinal motility include intestinal neurotransmitters, Cajal interstitial cells, gastrointestinal hormones and changes in intestinal flora, this paper will list the commonly used pro-intestinal motility drugs in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and review according to the modern mechanism of action. It is hoped that future clinical studies will help in the treatment of chronic functional constipation. |
