| 目的：利用古今医案云平台挖掘何晓晖教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的用药规律。方法：收集何晓晖教授2019年9月至2021年12月治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的有效门诊病历，筛选、整理后建立数据库。将整理好的医案数据导入平台中，利用该软件的数据分析模块，挖掘何教授的用药规律。结果：121例患者，共计641诊次，涉及中药124味。辨证分型以胃络瘀阻证、气阴亏虚证、脾胃湿热证为主；高频药物为蒲公英、黄连、鸡内金等；药性以寒（微寒和寒）、温（温和微温）、平为主，药味多为甘、苦，归经以脾、胃、肝、肺经为主；根据中药关联规则得出34对常用药对；系统聚类分析得到六组药物。结论：何教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎标本兼顾，以脾胃为中心，兼顾他脏，在健脾益气、养阴和胃的基础上，加用清热解毒化湿、活血祛瘀之品，以达脏腑安和、气血调畅之功，有效保护和修复胃黏膜，使萎缩逆转。 |

| Objective: To explore the medication rules of Professor Xiaohui He in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by using the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform. Methods: Effective outpatient medical records of chronic atrophic gastritis treated by Professor Xiaohui He from September 2019 to December 2021 were collected, and a database was established after screening and collating. The sorted medical case data was imported into the platform, and the data analysis module of the software was used to mine professor He"s medication law. Results: 121 patients, a total of 641 times, involving 124 traditional Chinese medicine. The main types of syndrome differentiation are stomach collateral stasis syndrome, Qi Yin deficiency syndrome and dampness heat syndrome of spleen and stomach. The high frequency drugs were dandelion, coptis chinensis,jineijin, etc. The medicinal properties are mainly cold (slight cold and cold), warm (mild mild temperature), and flat. The medicinal taste is mostly sweet and bitter, and the return meridian is mainly spleen, stomach, liver and lung. According to the association rules of Traditional Chinese medicine, 34 pairs of common drugs were obtained. Six groups of drugs were obtained by systematic cluster analysis. Conclusion: Professor He treated the specimens of chronic atrophic gastritis with both spleen and stomach as the center and other organs as well. On the basis of invigorating spleen and supplementing "Qi", nourishing Yin and stomach, he added heat-clearing, detoxification, dampness, blood activating and stasis removing products, so as to achieve the function of calming viscera and regulating "Qi" and blood, effectively protect and repair gastric mucosa, and reverse atrophy. |
