| 溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）是一类病程较长、缠绵难愈的慢性特异性炎症性疾病，其致病因素及病理生理机制目前仍不明确。本文分析总结近十年国内中医治疗肝郁脾虚型UC相关研究，从中医治法及中医治疗机制两个方面进行总结论述，并提出中医药治疗肝郁脾虚型UC亟待解决的问题及展望。 |

| Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a kind of chronic specific inflammatory disease with long course and difficult to heal. Its pathogenic factors and pathophysiological mechanism are still unclear. This paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant research on the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency UC in China in recent ten years, summarizes and discusses it from two aspects of TCM treatment methods and TCM treatment mechanism, and puts forward the urgent problems and prospects of TCM treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency UC. |
