| 目的：探究膝关节韧带损伤患者围术期循证构建下综合护理干预效果。方法：收集山东大学齐鲁医院2019年3月-2021年4月收治的膝关节韧带损伤患者80例，将这80例患者随机分为两组，常规组40例和循证组40例，常规组行常规护理，循证组行循证构建下综合护理。比较两组膝关节优良率、并发症发生率、护理满意度、生活质量。结果：循证组膝关节优良率90.00%高于常规组65.00%（P＜0.05）； 与常规组37.50%相比，循证组并发症发生率10.00%较低（P＜0.05）；与常规组70.00%相比，循证组护理满意度92.50%较高（P＜0.05）；与常规组相比，循证组生活质量评分较高（P＜0.05）。结论：膝关节韧带损伤患者围术期循证构建下综合护理干预可降低术后并发症发生率，利于膝关节功能恢复，在提高患者护理满意度、改善生活质量方面具有积极意义。 |

| Objective: To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention under evidence-based construction in perioperative period for patients with knee ligament injury. Methods: 80 patients affected by knee ligament injury of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from March 2019 to April 2021 were collected, and divided into 40 controls and Evidence based group randomly.The General group received routine nursing and the Evidence based group received comprehensive nursing under evidence-based construction. The excellent and good rate of knee joint, the incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups .Results: The excellent and good rate of knee joint in the Evidence based group was 90.00% higher than 65.00% in the General group (P < 0.05); Compared with 37.50% in the General group, the incidence of complications in the Evidence based group was 10.00% (P < 0.05); Compared with 70.00% in the General group, the nursing satisfaction of the Evidence based group was 92.50% (P < 0.05); Compared with the General group, the score of quality of life in the Evidence based group was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with knee ligament injury under perioperative evidence-based construction can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, facilitate the recovery of knee function, and has positive significance in improving patients" nursing satisfaction and quality of life. |
