| 目的：探讨止吐贴联合针刺治疗患者化疗相关恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法：本研究通过自身交叉对照的研究方法,收集2018年1月至2020年1月期间确诊恶性肿瘤且需行含顺铂、卡铂或奥沙利铂方案化疗的患者共80人,随机分为AB和BA两组,每组各40人。AB组在研究阶段第一周期接受止吐贴联合针刺及盐酸托烷司琼治疗,间隔14-21天后,下一周期单用盐酸托烷司琼治疗。BA组顺序与之相反。将AB组、BA组中采用止吐穴贴联合针刺治疗者在统计疗效时统称为治疗组(A组),单纯西药治疗者统称为对照组(B组)。比较A组、B组患者化疗期间恶心、呕吐程度、时间,及生活质量评分。结果：治疗组化疗期间恶心程度明显减低,第1、3、7天缓解程度均优于对照组(P＜0.05)；化疗第1天呕吐程度明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗组生活质量(KPS评分)化疗第1、3天明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：止吐贴联合针刺治疗可明显减轻患者化疗相关恶心呕吐程度,提高患者生活质量。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with acupuncture for the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. Methods A self-crossover study was conducted. A total of 80 patients who were diagnosed with cancer from January 2018 to January 2020 and required chemotherapy containing cisplatin, carboplatin or oxaliplatin were collected and randomly divided into two groups, AB and BA,with 40 patients in each group. Patients in group AB received acupoint application combined with acupuncture and tropisetron during the first cycle, and then received tropisetron only during the next cycle after 14 to 21 days. Patients in the group BA received a contrary schedule. Group A referred to patients who received acupoint application combined with acupuncture, while group B referred to patients who accepted trapisetron only. We compared the degree and duration of the nausea and vomiting, and quality of life scores of patients in group A and group B during the study. Results The degree of nausea in the treatment group was significantly reduced during chemotherapy, and the degree of remission was better than that of the control group on the first 1, 3, and 7 days(P＜0.05). The degree of vomiting in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group on the first day of chemotherapy (P＜0.05). The quality of life (KPS score) of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group on the first and third days of chemotherapy (P＜0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application combined with acupuncture can significantly reduce the chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting and improve the quality of life of patients. |
