| 目的 观察少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗气亏血瘀型慢性放射性直肠炎的疗效。方法 选取来源于我院 2019 年 1 月至 2019 年 12 月肛肠科门诊及住院部诊断为气亏血瘀型慢性放射性直肠炎患者 30 例。按照平行对照随机单盲法操作随机分为治疗组、对照组各 15 例。治疗组采用少腹逐瘀汤保留灌肠治疗。对照组采用地塞米松+庆大霉素保留灌肠治疗。比较两组治疗2个疗程后的临床疗效、中医症状积分、血清TNF-α和IL-6水平含量、半年内的复发率。结果 治疗组的临床疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；两组治疗后的中医症状积分均显著降低(P<0.05)，且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组血清 TNF-α和IL-6含量均有显著降低(P<0.05)，其中治疗组血清 TNF-α和IL-6含量改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)；随访半年治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗及随访期间均未出现不良反应。结论 少腹逐瘀汤加减能够显著降低气亏血瘀型慢性放射性直肠炎患者的血清TNF-α和IL-6含量，提高临床疗效，改善中医症状，降低复发率，并且安全系数高。 |

| Objective To observe the curative effect in the treatment of chronic radiation proctitis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type by modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction. Methods 30 patients with chronic radiation proctitis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type diagnosed in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly selected. According to the parallel control random single-blind method,they were randomly divide into the control group and the observation group , each with 15 cases. The treatment group was treated with decoction retention enema with modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction.While the control group received retention enema with dexamethasone and gentamicin.Clinical efficacy, TCM symptom score, TNF-α and IL-6 levels in serum, and recurrence rate within half a year of the two groups were recorded and compared after 2 period of treatments.Results After treatment, The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the TCM symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly reduced (P<0.05), and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); The contents of TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly reduced (P<0.05), and the improvement of serum TNF-α and IL-6 contents in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05); the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05) in the half-year follow-up. There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment and follow-up.Conclusion The TNF-α and IL-6 levels in serum of modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in treating with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of chronic radiation proctitis were significantly reduced.Clinical efficacy and TCM symptoms were improved.Recurrence rate was reduced. |
