| 目的 探讨子午流注针法配合辩证取穴针刺治疗产后缺乳的临床疗效。方法 选择石家庄市第四医院2019年1月到2019年12月间收治的产后缺乳患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用针刺治疗,此基础上,观察组给予子午流注针法治疗,比较两组治疗后泌乳量、配方奶粉补乳量改善情况及临床疗效。结果 治疗后,两组泌乳量高于治疗前,配方奶粉补乳量均低于治疗前(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后泌乳量高于对照组,配方奶粉补乳量低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组总有效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组(70.00%),(P<0.05)。结论 子午流注针法配合辩证取穴针刺可有效促进产后缺乳产妇泌乳,提高泌乳量,减少配方奶粉补乳量,临床疗效满意,值得进一步应用和推广 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of midnight noon ebb flow acupuncture combined with dialectical acupoint selection in the treatment of postpartum hypogalactia. Methods 60 cases of postpartum hypogalactia in Shijiazhuang fourth hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture. On this basis, the observation group was treated with midnight noon ebb flow acupuncture. The milk yield, milk supplement volume and clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results after treatment, the milk yield of the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and the milk supplement volume of formula milk powder was lower than that before treatment (P < 0.05); the milk yield of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the milk supplement amount of formula milk powder was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group (96.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.00%), (P < 0.05). Conclusion midnight noon ebb flow acupuncture combined with dialectical acupoint acupuncture can effectively promote lactation of postpartum lactation puerpera, improve milk production, reduce milk supplement amount of formula milk powder, with satisfactory clinical effect, which is worthy of further application and promotion |
