| 目的：观察环孢素联合低分子量肝素钙及寿胎丸加减治疗原因不明复发性流产的临床疗效。方法：60例患者分为治疗组、对照组各30例,治疗组采用环孢素联合低分子量肝素钙及寿胎丸加减治疗,对照组采用低分子量肝素钙联合寿胎丸加减治疗。两组疗程均为发现怀孕起至孕12周。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗后临床疗效、临床症状积分变化,测定HCG；记录两组患者妊娠结局,括足月分娩、宫外孕及自然流产。结果：总有效率治疗组为90.00%,对照组是70.00%。治疗后,治疗组与对照组中医临床症状总积分值与治疗前均有明显下降,两组之间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)；两组的免疫细胞、绒毛膜促性腺激素水平、妊娠成功率治疗后较治疗前均有改善,两组之间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论：环孢素联合低分子量肝素钙及寿胎丸加减治疗原因不明复发性流产有较好的临床疗效。 |

| objective: to observe the Cyclosporine combined Low-molecular weight heparin calcium and “Jia Jian Shou Tai pill” for unexplained reasons the clinical curative effect of recurrent miscarriage.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group use Cyclosporine combined Low-molecular weight heparin calcium and “Jia Jian Shou Tai pill”, control group adopts Low-molecular weight heparin calcium with“Jia Jian Shou Tai pill”.Two groups of treatment were found after 12 weeks of pregnancy to pregnancy.Observe two groups of patients before and after treatment clinical curative effect, clinical symptoms integral change, determination of HCG;Pregnancy outcomes in both groups, including successful delivery, ectopic pregnancy and spontaneous abortion again.Results: the total effective rate in treatment group was 90.00%, the control group was 70.00%.After treatment, the treatment group and control group after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom and total integral value before treatment were obviously improved, the comparison between the two groups have significant difference (P < 0.05);Two groups of immune cells, human chorionic gonadotropin level and pregnancy outcome after treatment than before treatment were obviously improved, the comparison between the two groups have significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Cyclosporine combined Low-molecular weight heparin calcium and “Jia Jian Shou Tai pill” for reasons unexplained recurrent miscarriage has better clinical curative effect.#$NLKeywords::Cyclosporine；Low-molecular weight heparin calcium；Recurrent spontaneous abortion；Shou Tai pill |
