      目的:分析5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣患者的疗效观察。方法:选取2017年3月~2019年4月收治的尖锐湿疣患者58例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各29例。对照组予以电离子手术治疗,治疗组予以5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗。比较两组总体治疗效果、治疗前后HPV6/11型DNA载量及复发情况。结果:治疗3个月后,治疗组HPV6/11型DNA载量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣患者,可降低患者HPV病毒载量,保证治疗效果实现最优化,降低复发率。

      Objective: To investigate the clinic effect of photodynamic therapy with 5-aminolevulinic acid on condyloma acuminatum. Methods: From March 2017 to April 2019, 58 admitted patients with condyloma acuminatum were selected as the study objects. They were divided into the control group and the treatment group with random number table method, with 29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with electric ion operation, the treatment group was given photodynamic therapy with 5-aminolevulinic acid. The overall clinic effects, loading amount of HPV6/11-DNA before and after treatment and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results: After the treatment of 3 months, the loading amount of HPV6/11-DNA in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); the total recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with condyloma acuminatum, loading amount of HPV was reduced, treatment effect was ensured and recurrence rate was reduced by 5-Aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy.
