| 摘要：目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定鱼腥草中4种黄酮苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用迪马DiamonsilTMC18 (250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，流动相为乙腈-0.1%H3PO4水溶液，梯度洗脱，流速为1.0 mL/min，检测波长为254 nm，柱温为30 ℃，以外标法测定鱼腥草中4种黄酮苷的含量。结果 芸香苷、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷及槲皮苷的线性范围分别为0.042-0.421 μg、0.124-1.240μg、0.070-0.703 μg和0.190-1.904 μg，R2分别为0.9998、0.9997、0.9998和0.9996，平均回收率分别为97.46%、98.64%、98.23%和98.48%，RSD值分别为1.85%、1.59%、1.93%和1.92%。结论 该方法操作简便，快速，线性关系良好，可同时测定鱼腥草中4种黄酮苷的含量。 |

| Abstract：Objective To establish a method for the determination of four flavonoids in houttuynia cordata thunb by HPLC. Method The HPLC method was used to determine the content of four flavonoids in houttuynia cordata thunb．The analysis was carried out on DiamonsilTMC18 column( 250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm )．The mobile phase was MeCN-0.1% H3PO4 aqueous solution．Flow-rate was 1.0 mL/min．Wave-length was 254 nm．Temperature was 30℃．Result The method was simple and had a good linear relationship．The 1iner ranges of rutin, hyperoside, isoquercitrin and quercetin are 0.042-0.421 μg，0.124-1.240 μg，0.070-0.703 μg and 0.190-1.904 μg and R2s are 0.9998、0.9997、0.9998 and 0.9996.The average recoveries are 97.46%、98.64%、98.23% and 98.48%，and RSDs are 1.85%、1.59%、1.93% and 1.92%. Conclusion The method was easy to determine the content of flavonoid glycosides in houttuynia cordata thunb． |
