| 目的：探究责任亲情交互护理模式应用于初产妇健康教育中的效果。方法：选取2018年12月~2019年12月产科收治的健康初产妇46例，采用抽签法随机分为研究组和对照组各23例，研究组予以责任亲情交互护理模式+常规护理，对照组仅予以常规护理。比较两组分娩方式情况、纯母乳喂养情况、自我效能、健康知识掌握程度及产妇满意度。结果：研究组产妇阴道分娩率为69.57%，显著高于对照组的34.78%（P＜0.05）；研究组的纯母乳喂养率为82.61%，显著高于对照组的52.17%（P＜0.05）；研究组产妇内心活动、技能评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组产妇护理后健康知识掌握得分、满意度评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：责任亲情交互护理模式能够提高初产妇阴道分娩率和纯母乳喂养率，增强产妇的自我效能，增加产妇的健康知识储备并增强产妇对医护人员的满意度。 |

| Objective: Probe into the efficacy of nursing model of responsible family love applied to primipara health education. Methods: From December 2018 to December 2019, 46 healthy primiparas admitted to the obstetrics department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group with 23 each. The study group was given nursing model of responsible family love and routine nursing, while the control group was given routine nursing only. Methods of delivery, exclusive breastfeeding, self-efficacy, knowledge of health and maternal satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results: The rate of vaginal delivery was 69.57% in the study group, which was significantly higher than 34.78% in the control group (P＜0.05). The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the study group was 82.61%, which was significantly higher than 52.17% in the control group (P＜0.05). Scores of maternal mental activity and skills in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). The scores of maternal health knowledge mastery and satisfaction after nursing in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The rate of vaginal delivery and exclusive breastfeeding were improved, maternal self-efficacy、 maternal health knowledge reserve and maternal satisfaction with medical staff were enhanced by the nursing model of responsible family love. |
