| 扩张型心肌病是难治性心脏疾病之一。中医理论素有“阴阳互根”之说，传统观点认为，心（阳）气亏虚是本病发病的始作俑者，笔者认为阴阳不可偏颇，临证补阳的同时，也应该重视养阴，故本文将总结论述以养阴法治疗扩张型心肌病的中医研究进展，以期该法论治本病能在临床实践中得到更进一步的推广和应用。 |

| Dilated Cardiomyopathy is one of the refractory heart diseases.The theory of traditional Chinese medicine is known as the saying that Yin and Yang mutually root.Traditional view thinks the heart（Yang） qi deficiency is the origin of this disease.The author believes that Yin and Yang cannot be biased.In clinical practice,we should pay attention to nourishing Yin while using the method of supplementing Yang.Therefore,this paper will summarize and discuss the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy by nourishing Yin method，so as to expect that the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy can be further popularized and applied in clinical practice. |
