| 目的 探讨托氏皮肤牵张闭合器（tension relief system,TRS）联合自体富血小板血浆（platelet-rich plasma,PRP）治疗创伤后皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 2019年1月至2019年12月就诊与中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇八医院骨科18例创伤导致的皮肤软组织缺损患者，采用TRS联合PRP治疗。结果 18例患者治疗后，痊愈率达94.4%，显效率达100%。结论 对于较大的骨科皮肤软组织缺损创面，因创缘张力大，不可直接缝合者，可采用TRS行皮肤牵张术缓慢收紧创缘，并可联合PRP，促进创面愈合。 |

| ：Objective ：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Torr"s skin tension relief system (TRS) combined with autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) in the treatment of skin and soft tissue defects after trauma. Methods： From January 2019 to December 2019, 18 patients with skin and soft tissue defects caused by trauma and orthopedics at the 908th Hospital of the People"s Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Army were treated with TRS combined with PRP. Results：After treatment in 18 patients, the cure rate was 94.4%, and the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion：For large orthopedic skin and soft tissue defect wounds, due to the large tension of the wound margin, which cannot be sutured directly, TRS can be used to slowly tighten the wound margin, and can be combined with PRP to promote wound healing. |
