| 目的：观察蓝光照射联合茵陈蒿汤加减治疗重症黄疸患儿的临床疗效。方法：以重症黄疸入院的90例患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组45例,两组患儿均采用蓝光治疗,治疗组患儿在对照组基础上加用茵陈蒿汤加减治疗,观察两组患儿治疗前、后的血清总胆红素(TSB)、心肌酶的变化,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗组患儿的TSB、心肌酶明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05),治疗组不良反应率(8.88%)显著低于对照组(17.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：蓝光照射联合茵陈蒿汤加减治疗重症黄疸的效果优于单一的蓝光照射,安全有效,且部分患儿避免了换血治疗,值得基层医院儿科推广应用。 |

| SObjective: The clinical curative effect of blue light irradiation with modified Yin Chenhao decoction in treatment of severe jaundice patients was observed. Methods: A total of 90 pediatric patientswith severe jaundicewere randomly divided into controlgroup(42 patients)and treatmentgroup(42patients).The controlgroup wastreatment with blue light irradiation.The treatment group was combined with blue light irradiation with modified Yin Chenhao decoction. The changes of serum total bilirubin (TSB) and myocardial enzyme were observed before and after treatment, and the adverse reactions were observed. Results: The levels of TSB and myocardial enzymes in children after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate was 8.88%in treatmentgroup and 17.7% in controlgroup,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The blue light irradiation with modified Yin Chenhao decoction in treatment of severe jaundice patients is superiorSto the blue light irradiationwithout modified Yin Chenhao decoction, which wasSproductivelySandSsafely and some pediatric patients blood avoided exchange transfusion, deserving to extending application in pediatrics of primary hospital.S |
