| 目的：探析针灸治疗肠梗阻的选穴规律。方法：从CNKI、CBM、维普三大中文数据库库及Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science四大英文数据库中收集自建库以来至2019年10月的针灸治疗肠梗阻的临床研究，使用Excel软件建立肠梗阻针灸处方数据库，并对其进行描述性分析、关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果：针灸治疗肠梗阻最常用治疗方式为单纯针刺配合西医常规治疗，选用腧穴频次最高为足三里，选用频次最高的经脉为足阳明胃经；关联规则分析提示穴位间相关性最高的是天枢-足三里；聚类分析得出4类穴位组。结论：根据数据挖掘技术总结的针灸治疗肠梗阻的选穴规律客观存在，可为临床治疗提供参考。 |

| Objective: To analyze the law of the acupoint selection in the treatment of intestinal obstruction. Method: The clinical therapeutic papers on acupuncture treatment of intestinal obstruction from setting-up to October 2019 were collected from Chinese databases including CNKI, CBM and Weipu as well as English databases including Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane Library and Web of Science. The acupoint database of intestinal obstruction was established to conduct descriptive statistics, association rule analysis and cluster analysis of the data. Result: The highest frequency of treatment for intestinal obstruction was acupuncture combined with western medicine therapy. The highest frequency of acupuncture treatment was Zusanlin(ST36). The highest frequency of selected meridians was Yangming stomach meridian. The most correlated acupoint combination was Tianshu(ST25) ——Zusanli(ST36)．The acupoints used in cluster analysis were divided into four categories. Conclusion: The law of the acupoints selection in the treatment of intestinal obstruction exists objectively,leading to a probable reference for clinical therapy. |
