| 目的 研究运动疗法结合温控银质针治疗对小腿肌肉痉挛的疗效及特点,旨在为本病提供有效的治疗措施。方法 将56例小腿肌肉痉挛患者随机分为观察组和对照组各28例,观察组采用运动疗法结合温控银质针治疗,对照组采用运动疗法结合物理治疗。治疗前后采用踝关节活动度数值、视觉模拟量表进行功能评定,并评价临床疗效。结果 经过2周治疗,2组患者踝关节活动度有不同程度增加,且观察组治效明显优于对照组。结论 运动疗法结合温控银质针可有效提高小腿肌肉痉挛的治疗效果,具有良好的改善症状等作用,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective In order to provide the efficient treatment for the calf muscle spasm, clinical effect on the calf muscle spasm via movement therapy and temperature-controllable silver needle therapy is analyzed. Methods Fifty-six patients with the calf muscle spasm had been divided into the observation group and control group. The movement therapy and silver needle therapy were performed on the observation group patients, meanwhile others received the movement therapy and physical therapy. The functional evaluation before and after the treatments has been performed via the ankle motion range and visual analogue scale. Results The ankle motion ranges of both groups were increased after three-week relative therapy. The clinical effect of observation group was better than the other one. Conclusion The method of movement therapy and silver needle therapy can improve the clinical effects of calf muscle spasm. This protocol is an efficient approach. |
