| 目的 牙体分割微创法拔除前牙区残根残冠的临床效果 方法：2018年1月至2019年8月,,选择符合标准,须拔除的残根残冠260颗,随机分为1、2两组,1组首先基于牙体分割拔除的微创法(实验组),2组采用普通锤凿法拔除(对照组),对两种方法在拔牙时间、拔牙窝完整性、牙龈撕裂、手术满意度、术后并发症等进行比较观测和统计学分析 |

| Objective the effects of minimally invasive surgery in removal of anterior residual root and crown
Methods From January 2018 to August 2019, the choice of standards, to removal of residual crown and root of 260 teeth were randomly divided into two groups, the first group side is firstly employed to tooth segmentation of minimally invasive method as the core (experimental group),the second groups with hammer chisel method extraction (control group). The operation time、Integrity of tooth extraction fossa, gingival laceration, patient satisfaction, postoperative complications were recorded and statistical comparative analysis
Results The operation time, gingival laceration and postoperative complications in the experimental group are significantly lower than those in the control group, and the integrity and satisfaction of the extraction cavity are higher than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups is statistically significant.
Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery in removal of anterior residual root and crown is evident superior to the traditional chisel osteotomy,
